What this covers
Cookies are small files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage in your browser, work the same way for this purpose. This policy says what the PolyTerminal website and terminal use.
This website
poly-terminal.com sets no cookies of its own and does not use advertising or cross-site tracking. Calculator inputs stay in your browser and in the page address after the # sign. They are not sent to our servers. If we turn on visit counting, it will be cookie-free and aggregate.
The terminal
The terminal stores a small amount of data in your browser so that it works and remembers your choices:
- Needed to work: your sign-in session and wallet connection, so you stay signed in and can approve orders.
- Preferences: settings such as theme, language, layout and watchlists.
Without this storage you may have to sign in again, and your choices will not be remembered between visits.
Third parties
Services we use may set their own cookies or storage, for example Privy for sign-in and your wallet provider. Their policies govern them. We do not allow advertising cookies.
Managing cookies
You can view, block or delete cookies and site data in your browser settings, per site or for all sites. Blocking the data the terminal needs will stop sign-in from working.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the date above. If a change is material we will say so on this website.
