Where to ask

Before you write

Many questions already have an answer. The FAQ covers fees, leverage, liquidation, funding and regions. The guides explain how Polymarket works, and the calculators show the numbers behind a trade. The rules of markets, their resolution and Polymarket's own fees are set by Polymarket, so for those questions its official documentation is the source.

What to put in your message

A short, complete message gets a faster answer.

  1. What you wanted to do and what happened instead.
  2. Where it happened: Perps or Predict, on the web or on the phone, and which browser or phone.
  3. When it happened, with your time zone.
  4. A screenshot, if it shows the problem. Hide anything private first.
  5. For an order or a position: the market name and the order or position as the screen shows it.

Stay safe

  • Never send a private key, a seed phrase or a password to anyone, support included. The terminal does not ask for them.
  • Use only the links on this page and on poly-terminal.com. Be very careful with anyone who writes to you first, offers to fix or recover your account, or asks you to connect your wallet to another site.
  • Do not share your screen while your wallet is open.
  • PolyTerminal is independent from Polymarket. It cannot change the result of a market or reverse a trade made on Polymarket.

PolyTerminal is an independent interface for Polymarket and is not operated or endorsed by Polymarket. Orders placed through PolyTerminal carry PolyTerminal’s Polymarket builder code, and PolyTerminal may charge a builder fee on top of Polymarket’s own fees.
