1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Poly Terminal ("the Service") operated by Poly Terminal ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Poly Terminal is a professional trading interface that connects to the Polymarket prediction market platform via its public API. We provide:

• A multi-market trading and monitoring interface
• Portfolio analytics and position tracking
• Workspace customisation tools
• API access (Pro and Desk plans)

Poly Terminal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Polymarket or its parent entities. All trades are executed on the Polymarket platform; we provide the interface only.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to use prediction market platforms in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using Poly Terminal you represent that you meet these requirements. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use complies with the laws applicable to you.

4. Non-custodial nature

Poly Terminal does not hold, control, or have access to your funds at any time. All financial transactions occur on the Polymarket platform via your connected wallet. You remain solely responsible for:

• The security of your wallet and private keys
• All trading decisions made through the interface
• Understanding the markets you trade on, including their resolution criteria
• Tax obligations arising from your trading activity

5. Financial risk

Trading prediction markets involves significant financial risk. You may lose some or all of the funds you trade with. Past performance, win rates, or analytics shown within the interface do not guarantee future results. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

6. Account and subscription

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at sign-up. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the API, or scrape data at scale without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Service
• Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts
• Transmit malware, spam, or other harmful content

8. Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with Poly Terminal are the property of Poly Terminal or its licensors. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Poly Terminal and its founders, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from your trading activity
• Service outages, data loss, or technical failures
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

11. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the website with at least 14 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Poly Terminal is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
