Poly Terminal ("we", "us", "our") operates the Poly Terminal trading interface accessible at poly-terminal.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. We take data minimisation seriously: we collect only what is necessary to operate the product.

Information you provide directly:

  • Your email address when you create an account or subscribe to updates.

  • Workspace configuration preferences you set within the terminal (e.g., market watchlists, layout settings).

  • Wallet addresses used to connect to Polymarket through our interface. We do not store private keys — connection is read-only from our perspective.
  • Usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration, collected via privacy-respecting analytics.
  • IP address and basic browser/device information for security and fraud prevention purposes.

Information we do NOT collect:

  • Your private keys or seed phrases. We never request these and will never ask for them.
  • Your full financial history beyond what is necessary to display your Polymarket positions.
  • Any sensitive personal information (health data, government IDs, etc.).

3. How we use your information

  • To operate and improve the Poly Terminal product.
  • To send you product updates, changelog notifications, and account-related communications (you can opt out at any time).
  • To respond to support requests and contact form submissions.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with our legal obligations.
